12. Since LCE: After retiring in 2000 I moved to Perth.
I separated and subsequently divorced from my then
wife. Later I married my current wife Annabella Tan.
I have invested my savings mainly in property and have been lucky to have come into the market at the right time
and invested wisely. It has allowed me be financially
independent.
13. Current hobbies activities: We have been travelling quite
a bit as some of you may know. This year we went to
South Africa and last year we were in South America.
We moved into our new house in December last year;
We were lucky to have found this house that we love;
It is very near the city yet on a very quiet and private street.
It is 10 minutes walk from Kings Park, 1000 acres of
Native Bushland.
A few years ago I got interested in Japanese Carp (Koi)
And I converted the swimming pool into a Koi pond. This
has given me heaps of pleasure and kept me busy.
I have also been busy in the garden and starting to grow flowers
and some vegetables.
We walk twice a week, once with the Subiaco walking group
And on Sundays I organise a walking group. I try to go to the gym
twice a week and Annabella does Yoga twice a week and walk with
her friend once or twice a week.
We at the moment baby sit our grand daughter two days a week
and the occasional evening. We get lots of joy having Sierra with us.
We are also very active socially and have made many friends and we
are busy several times a week.
